Many of us had planned to sell our homes and purchase another home that might have better met our needs. Then suddenly, the value of our homes has decreased and we find ourselves saying "I can't sell my home at these lower prices."
There is another way to think about this subject. Even though the value of your home may have decreased, so did all the other homes as well. |
